I am trying to make sure I am mounding my arrow rest correctly on my compound bow.  What is the correct distance from the riser that the arrow rest should be mounted?

The measurement for the distance between the arrow rest and the riser on a compound bow can vary depending on the bow's specifications, the arrow rest being used, and other factors. There is no single, specific distance that is appropriate for all setups.

However, a general rule of thumb is to align the arrow with the center of the bowstring when drawn. This means that the distance between the arrow rest and the riser will depend on the bow's axle-to-axle length, brace height, and other factors.

In general, the distance from the center of the bowstring to the riser should be about 13/16" to 7/8" for most compound bows. This measurement can vary slightly depending on the bow's specifications and the arrow rest being used. Again, it's important to ensure that the arrow rest is securely mounted and does not interfere with the arrow's path of travel.
