🔬 Big Deer Intel Drops This Week
This was a huge week on the content front. I officially kicked off the 10-Year Whitetail Study Series on the blog with the first post:
- When Do Bucks Move? – A deep dive into movement patterns backed by a decade of GPS-collared deer research. This one breaks down what affects deer movement the most, especially for hunters struggling with the “October Lull.”
Inside the Insider Portal, I published the full:
- 10,000-word Whitetail Behavior Study – If you’re an Insider, this is now live in the Deer Intelligence Library. It’s the deep research breakdown that the public posts are based on.
🌟 New Public Blog Posts
Three new public posts went live this past week:
- How to Make Your Bow 10 Decibels Quieter – Real tips I use to silence a hunting bow without gimmicks. Great for improving shot execution and staying undetected.
- Access and Exit Routes for Bow Hunters – One of the most overlooked topics. If you’re not planning your routes like a mission, you’re educating deer long before you take a shot.
- When Do Bucks Move? – The first of six blog posts that break down the full 10-year study for everyday hunters.
📅 New Inside the Portal
- The Buck Bedding Masterclass is now live.
- The full 10-Year Whitetail Behavior Study is up and searchable in the Deer Intelligence Library.
- Coming this week: The Kill Zone Mapping System and the 3-Hunt Plan Builder will both be added.

🍽️ Real Life: Birthday Wine + Metallica
Saturday was my sister’s birthday, so we took the family out on a wine trail tour and had a great time.
Then on Sunday night, my wife, youngest son, and I hit the Metallica concert in Philly. It was a killer show — loud, gritty, and packed. Made me feel like I was back in my 20s for a few hours.
