Everyday Bow Hunter Planning Tools

Hunting Arrow Component Finder

Build, compare, and save a complete hunting arrow component system.

Start with the arrow facts that control the build

Brand is optional. Exact static spine, shaft length, and compatible part weights are what make the math useful.

Plan arrow length

The prepared shaft cut controls shaft weight. The finished nock-throat-to-shaft-end length controls planned FOC. Always verify rest, riser, and broadhead clearance before cutting or shooting.

Find a shaft

Start with spine or with a shaft family. Refine in any order. When more than one real product grade remains, choose the exact grade you intend to use before building a component system.

Not sure which spine? Use the Arrow Planner
The exact manufacturer family, product grade, spine, straightness, and reviewed shaft facts stay together here.

Save the Build. Finish the Arrow in the Planner.

The Component Finder helps you build a compatible shaft-and-parts system. Your Gear Locker keeps the exact systems you save. The Arrow Planner then checks a saved system around your bow, arrow length, hunting distance, and the way you hunt.

  1. Save a compatible system to Component Builds in your Gear Locker.
  2. Reopen, copy, compare, export, or shop that saved system when you need it.
  3. Start or resume an Arrow Planner build, choose Use a Saved Build under Components, and select the system from your Gear Locker.

The Planner keeps its bow-specific arrow length and recalculates the saved system. It does not silently replace the parts you chose.
