Are the Forloh AllClima Stretch Woven Pants worth the premium price? If you’re like most bow hunters, you’re tired of paying top dollar for hunting gear that doesn’t live up to the hype. That’s why I put these pants through real-world use—scouting in rugged terrain, sitting through spring downpours, and turkey hunting in changing temps—to see if they actually perform.
I test a lot of hunting clothing, and it’s rare that something stands out in a sea of lookalike gear. But the AllClima pants caught me off guard—in a good way. There’s more going on here than just Made in the USA stitching.
During my testing, I rotated in Forloh’s Deep Space Half-Zip midweight base layer and the Solair Lightweight Hoodie with Insect Shield (See My Review Here), both in Deep Cover camo. Each piece brought something to the table, and I’ll break all of it down in this review—fit, performance, durability, and the details that actually matter in the field.

Forloh AllClima Stretch Woven Pants
The pants offer a stretch woven twill of 84% Polyester and 14% Spandex at 315 GSM. They are built tough, and you can feel it as soon as you pick them up. The Durable Water Resistant (DWR) protection works well with the fabric and the welded seamless pocket construction with quiet YKK reverse coil zippers to create a complete weather-resistant barrier that is impressive when worn in harsh conditions.
The Polygiene Stay Fresh and Odor Crunch technologies offer a solution that rivals Scentlok for optimal scent control and keeps your pants fresh even after wearing several days. See my Polygiene review here.
The pants offer a great midweight, midseason hunting solution that flexes when you need them to and then provides a unique AbraSynthetic Ultra Suede foam bonded and water-resistant set of built-in knee pads that will allow you to hit the ground without worry and saddle hunt in comfort with your knees against the tree.
These are flat-out great hunting pants.

Forloh AllClima Stretch Woven Pants Review
Background
I’ve been wearing Forloh’s Insect Shield Solair Lightweight Hoodie and Pants for around a year and a half now, and I added the Deep Space Half-Zip baselayer top to the mix this past archery season. The quality stood out more than anything to me and it made me want to test more of their gear.
Fast forward to the Great American Outdoor Show in Harrisburg, PA in February. While there I stopped at Forloh’s stand and started browsing through their different options. My brother Dan was with me and brought my attention to the AllClima Stretch Woven Pants.
We were both impressed. It was one of those times when you say, “Wow!” I decided then that I needed to review these pants.
I am 5’8″ and 185 lbs. I wore the 34 waist, 32 inseam pants, and a size large in the tops for this review.
The Field Test
From March through May, I’ve taken these pants through scouting for whitetails in the north-central Pennsylvania mountains and turkey hunting in late April and May. I braved temperatures that ranged from the mid-30s to almost 80 degrees. I also put up with a lot of windy and rainy weather. I hiked many miles and crawled over rocks, brush piles, and a fallen log (or 20 lol).
I can’t count the number of times I went to my knees like I normally do to check deer sign or to get down and clear a spot to sit to hunt turkey. I put the knee pads to the test and found myself being tentative at first and getting more comfortable with them as I used them.
Through many miles and a few washings, the pants were given one heck of a workout.
What I found
Fit and Function
The Forloh AllClima Stretch Woven Pants are tough and exactly what a bow hunter needs. The instant you pick these pants up you can feel the toughness in the 315 GSM fabric. The fit was excellent and and the pants are extremely comfortable. I was impressed the moment I put them on and that doesn’t happen often.
The stitching, welded seams, and reverse coil zippers are the real deal. The weather barrier that is created makes these not just a tough pant, but a very warm midseason option.
With that warmth, these pants breathe very well. But, if you heat up you can unzip the hip zip vents to air out and cool off. They are placed strategically so when they are unzipped the air flows behind your legs and through the pants.
They can do this because of great cargo pocket placement where they don’t sit on top of your thigh but aren’t too far to the side either. I wish more hunting pants were designed like this.
I used the vents extensively when temps started cold but then warmed up through the day. Hip zip vents are one of the things I look for in hunting pants. I consider them a must for mobile bow hunting.
The DWR protection and wind resistance are excellent and worked very well. I ran water over the pants in my kitchen sink and was impressed by the level of protection. No water went through.
Bow Hunting Features
The pants are great for the saddle hunter who wants to keep their knees from getting tore up in the tree, but also perfect for spot and stalk or turkey hunting like I did this past weekend. The knee pads are light and slim, yet exceptionally tough. They held up very well.
The Polygiene Stay Fresh and Odor Crunch technologies are the icing on the top. Not only are these pants one of the best hunting pants I’ve tested, but they have every single feature I look for in mid-season bow hunting pants.
Scent control is at the top of my list and Polygiene does a great job minimizing your scent during long-duration hunts. You can really tell the difference.
These are some of the most well-thought-out and well-constructed hunting pants I have reviewed so far. They are an almost perfect mid-season hunting pant. I can’t recommend them enough.
Forloh Deep Space Half-Zip Baselayer Top
Over the last year, I’ve used the Deep Space Half-Zip baselayer through multiple hunts during the archery season and through the spring while testing the AllClima pants. The Trizzar space technology in the top provides thermoregulation and reflects body heat back at your body, increasing the temperature by 2 degrees. This is a marvel.
On a recent turkey hunt, I started in temperatures around 48 degrees. It wasn’t cold enough for a heavier jacket, but I needed something to take off the morning chill. The Deep Space top did the trick.
It feels cold when you put it on, but after you wear it for a few minutes, you forget about it and realize the Trizzar technology is working and you’re warming up. It is not something you would expect.
The four-way stretch is great, just like the pants. It is very flexible, comfortable, and built just as tough. The addition of the Polygiene Stay Fresh and Odor Crunch scent control technologies makes it a great option to wear with the pants and I think Forloh has a great thing going here.
I highly recommend the Forloh Deep Space Half-Zip Baselayer top.
Conclusion
If you want high-quality 100% Made in the USA hunting clothes, then Forloh is a company you need to look at and the AllClima Stretch Woven Pants and Deep Space Half-Zip baselayer top are options I highly recommend.
The Deep Cover camouflage is optimized for deer and elk vision for encounters at less than 40 yards and is one of the best you will find. Put all this together and you simply need to look at your budget and make a decision.
My only regret is that I was not able to review the AllClima Stretch Woven Jacket or gloves in this review. Hopefully, I will get a chance in the future. Stay tuned and good luck!
